Attitudes of rural African patients toward the use of drugs as prescribed by doctors

AbstractA descriptive study was done in Mount Frere District (Transkei) on what patients expect from their doctors regarding treatment : advice, medication, injections. The findings are interpreted especially as regards the effect of treatment on the doctor-patient-relationship.
