Respondents residing in households with a history of TB were more likely to report the use of the services of the VHWs for TB screening relative to their counterparts residing in households without TB history (OR = 1.353, CI: 1.017, 1.800).

On the other hand, gender of the respondents, gender of household head and family TB history did not show an association with the utilisation of VHWs’ services for TB screening.
